10 Best Fights In One Punch Man, Ranked

10 best fights in One Punch Man, ranked

One Punch Man has given us some of the best flashy, as well as funny fights in modern anime. The series keeps battles fresh with wild scenes, even with Saitama’s one-punch power. Even if Saitama is not there, the battles keep us engaged with how the Heroes handle the villains.

This list has the best fights in One Punch Man based on impact, animation, storytelling, and just pure hype. Also, these fights had us biting our nails throughout the battle. So, let's see what OPM has in store for its fans.

10/10 King Vs. Platinum Sperm

King Vs. Platinum Sperm

It wasn’t really a fight, but a tense stare-down where Platinum Sperm, the ultimate form of Black Sperm, waited for King to make the first move. As usual, King froze and couldn’t do anything, but the scene still worked because of the build-up and the fear King’s reputation created.

Before anything serious happened, Garou interrupted, ending the standoff. Even so, this moment stood out as one of the funniest and most memorable King scenes in One Punch Man, perfectly capturing how his dangerous aura kept the strongest OPM villains on edge while he tried not to lose it.

9/10 Child Emperor Vs. Phoenix Man

Child Emperor Vs. Phoenix Man

Child Emperor vs. Phoenix Man showed how wild and creative One-Punch Man fights could be. The kid genius brought out clever gadgets, drones, and his giant mech, while Phoenix Man evolved mid-battle to counter each move. It felt like a battle between brain and adaptation, with both sides pulling out new tricks every minute.

Because both fighters had so many options, the momentum kept swinging. One second, Child Emperor looked in control, and the next, Phoenix Man came back stronger. That constant back-and-forth made it one of the most unpredictable and memorable battles of One Punch Man.

8/10 Zombieman Vs. Pureblood

Zombieman Vs. Pureblood

A Vampire versus a Zombie is a fight that will be remembered for decades to come. And the best part about this was that it wasn’t flashy, but it was intense and smart. As expected of him, Zombieman’s immortal body kept regenerating, while Pureblood trusted his speed and strength to win quickly.

However, Zombieman dragged the battle out and let Pureblood burn through his stamina. He got up after every hit, wore the vampire down, and finished him when Pureblood was exhausted. It was brutal and effective enough to make this fight a fan-favorite.

7/10 Saitama Vs. Elder Centipede

Saitama punches Elder Centipede

Elder Centipede was a top‑level Mysterious Being who tanked blows from elite Heroes and kept moving like a runaway train. However, the tide turned when King came in clutch, as he baited Elder Centipede with his presence and timed the distraction perfectly for Saitama to arrive.

That set up the clean finish when Saitama stepped in and ended it with one of the best punches, killing the Monster in one strike. King’s assist made the opening, and Saitama punched Elder Centipede right there in the face.

6/10 Superalloy Darkshine Vs. Garou

Garou transforms against Darkshine

This fight was a key moment that made the idea of a limiter break crystal clear in the story. Darkshine’s overwhelming muscles and confidence looked unbeatable at first, but the longer the fight went on, Garou adapted, learned, and grew stronger with every exchange.

This was also Garou’s turning point, as when he was pushed to the edge by Darkshine’s raw strength, Garou evolved past normal human limits and began his Monster transformation. The fight showed how fear and doubt cracked Darkshine’s confidence while Garou’s resolve hardened.

5/10 A/B-Class Heroes Vs. Garou

Garou against the Hero Army

Garou’s clash with the A and B-Class Heroes was a nonstop lesson in how he adapted under pressure. He took hits and kept evolving during the fight, turning a messy group assault into a cinematic masterpiece.

The best part was that his durability made the difference. Even when he got swarmed and injured, he kept moving, changed angles, and used the environment to split the group. By the end, his growth was obvious, which made this showdown a masterclass in Garou’s constant evolution.

4/10 Saitama Vs. Orochi

Saitama vs Lord Orochi

Saitama vs. Orochi felt epic from the first panel because the leader of the Monster Association finally ran into the most underrated Hero in the series. Orochi roared with extreme confidence as if he owned the place, completely unaware of who he was facing. But Saitama stayed calm as always, cracking jokes and picking his moment.

When the clash truly started, the result was classic One-Punch Man. Orochi launched his strongest attacks and transformed again and again, but nothing rattled Saitama. One clean move at the end settled it in an instant, proving why even the so-called Monster King wasn’t built to handle the Caped Baldy.

3/10 Tatsumaki And Genos Vs. Psyrochi

Tatsumaki And Genos Vs. Psykos Orochi

The fusion of two top Monsters, Orochi and Psykos, versus two S‑Class powerhouses. Psyrochi looked unstoppable at first as it combined Orochi’s scale with Psykos’ overwhelming psychic force, turning the sky and ground into a weapon.

The highlight was how Tatsumaki’s raw esper power and Genos’ relentless firepower worked together under pressure. While Tatsumaki carried the main fight with pinpoint control and huge feats, Genos jumped in with clutch support at the right moment.

2/10 Saitama Vs. Boros

Saitama walks away after killing Boros

This was the first time the series truly showed what it meant for Saitama to get serious. The Dark Matter Thieves were already terrifying enough, but their leader, Boros, was on another level. To make matters worse for the world, he pushed the fight further than anyone had up to that point.

Boros was so dangerous that Saitama used a Serious Punch for the first time, ending the battle in one strike. It was a perfect finale: the ultimate invader versus the most underrated Hero, with a showdown that proved Saitama’s true limit isn’t easy to reach.

1/10 Saitama Vs. Cosmic Fear Mode Garou

Saitama shows up to kill Garou

Saitama vs. Cosmic Fear Mode Garou wasn’t calm or playful. Saitama was furious after Garou killed Genos, and it showed in every punch. He stopped holding back, went all-in with his Serious Series, and fought with a level of intent that felt scary even for him.

This fight had everything: time travel, Saitama sneezing a planet apart, and both fighters pushing past their limits. Garou’s new power weakened people just by being near him. Even Blast, the S‑Class Rank 1, was shocked by how brutal and dangerous the battle became. In the end, Garou almost kept up, but Saitama’s growth and anger put him on a different level.
