Gearshift: This Quirk changes the speed of anything he touches, including his own body. It can make something move faster or slower than normal. It used to be weak, but inside One For All, it became much stronger.
Why These Quirks Matter

Each Quirk gives Deku more options in battle. Before, he only had raw power, but now, he has tools for defense, movement, speed, and surprise. But using all these Quirks isn’t easy. It took him time to control them, and even now, they put a lot of strain on his body.
