Jujutsu Kaisen: Gojo Vs Sukuna, Who Would Win?

Gojo against Sukuna is one of the most requested battles by the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom, and it is really getting tough to wait for it. It is making the fans wonder when it will actually happen and who will have the edge. Will Sukuna destroy Gojo with his slashing techniques, or will Gojo make Sukuna realize why the former is the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer alive?

It's hard to say definitively who would win in a fight between them because their abilities and strengths are different and complex. In a one-on-one fight, both Gojo and Sukuna would likely use their most powerful abilities to try and defeat the other.

Gojo's Abilities Explored

Gojo is a powerful sorcerer and is widely regarded as the strongest character in the series. Gojo possesses a unique bloodline technique called "Six Eyes," which grants him heightened perception and the ability to see Cursed Energy and souls. This ability also allows him to react quickly to his opponents' movements.

In addition, Gojo has several other powerful abilities, including the ability to create a Domain barrier called "Infinite Void," which he can use to control space within it. He can also reverse the flow of Cursed Energy and undo the damage caused by Cursed Techniques. His Cursed Technique, called "Limitless," allows him to manipulate space, increase the size of his attacks, create invisible barriers, and teleport himself and others across vast distances.

Sukuna's Abilities Explored

One of Sukuna's most notable strengths is his incredible physical power. He possesses immense strength, speed, and durability, making him a formidable opponent in battle. He can effortlessly tear through buildings, dodge attacks with ease, and take multiple blows from even the most powerful Jujutsu Sorcerers without being significantly harmed.

In addition to his physical prowess, Sukuna also possesses a wide range of Cursed Techniques. He is able to manipulate his own CE to perform a variety of offensive and defensive techniques. These include the ability to create powerful shockwaves, manipulate gravity, and create illusions. He can also heal his own wounds and even regenerate lost body parts.

Who Would Have The Edge In Combat?

Gojo's abilities are at such a level that no earthly object can even touch him. The aura around him acts like an infinity shield. So, Sukuna will have to rely solely on the Cursed Technique to defeat Gojo, as in physical combat, he might not stand a chance against the King of Curses.

However, Sukuna proved that he is no joke either when he took over Megumi's body and allegedly controlled Mahoraga in the recent manga chapters. Mahoraga is one of the Ten Shadow Techniques that Megumi Fushiguro inherited. Nobody in the Fushiguro family has been able to control Mahoraga to date. But if Mahoraga is actually defeated and controlled by Sukuna, then the game has seriously changed.

In chapter 117 of the manga, there is an instance when Gojo tells Megumi that a long time ago, a Limitless Six Eyes user fought against a Ten Shadow User and lost, which clearly means that Sukuna will be a force to reckon with when he is in possession of Megumi's body, even for Gojo.

Given their respective strengths in the above situations, it is safe to say that Sukuna will be the one with the advantage in the battle against Gojo. Nevertheless, we still do not want to see our beloved Gojo defeated at the hands of Sukuna, and we can surely expect that when the time comes, Gojo will come up with something that fans and Sukuna are not aware of. But as of now, Sukuna has the upper hand.
