Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is following a weekly release schedule, releasing new episodes every Thursday. Although it is hard to wait a whole week to dive into the action again, the suspense that this schedule builds is nothing short of extraordinary.

Previously On Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2

Curse Group Q member plead with Geto to leave him alive. He mentions that his comrade Bayer will obliterate Gojo if he doesn't leave them. However, Satoru sends Geto a picture indicating that he has already defeated Bayer.

Meanwhile, Toji is watching a boat competition while his comrade questions why he's not doing anything. He explains that he's waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike at Satoru and wants someone else to weaken him. It is revealed that Toji is a Sorcerer killer, bad with money, and potentially has a connection to Megumi Fushiguro.

Satoru and Geto contemplate whether they should take Riko, the Star Plasma Vessel girl, to the hospital. When Riko wakes up, she accuses Satoru of working for the men who attacked her and insults Geto. Kuroi, Riko's friend, arrives and witnesses the situation. Geto explains his Curse Manipulation technique to the girls while Satoru belittles Riko. Riko declares herself as Tengen and insists that they should recognize her as such even after assimilating with him in the future.

Satoru calls Masamichi, who informs them that they must comply with Riko's demands because Tengen wants them to. Geto reminds Gojo of the consequences Riko will face when she's assimilated and explains why it makes sense for Tengen to want Riko to enjoy her life for now. Kuroi reveals that Riko lost her parents in an accident when she was young, and she has been taking care of her since then. Kuroi requests that Satoru and Geto allow Riko to have fun with her friends before her assimilation.

Toji acknowledges that Satoru's presence makes it challenging to kill the Star Plasma Vessel but decides to let others weaken Satoru and his allies within 47 hours before intervening himself. Geto encounters an enemy and engages in a fierce battle with him. After a brief flashback of the enemy's past, Geto swiftly defeats him and interrogates him about his allegiance. Satoru and Riko leave for Jujutsu High while Kuroi and Geto defeat another enemy. They plan to follow Satoru to Jujutsu High. Geto shares the information he obtained from the defeated enemy with Satoru.

Simultaneously, the enemy who escaped from Kuroi's fight seeks out Gojo to inform him that a thirty million bounty has been placed on Riko's head through a website. The enemy reveals that they have until 11 am the day after tomorrow to complete their mission. Satoru engages in a fight with the enemy and toys with him, showcasing his skills. The episode concludes with Riko informing Satoru that someone has captured Kuroi.
