In the last episode, Akira wanted to find his best friend Kencho. He checked off a bucket list item - growing a beard. After three days, Wi-Fi was back, and Akira got a message from Kencho. Full of hope, he decided to meet him.
Kencho was trapped and hopeless, but Akira called and promised to save him. On the way, Akira remembered their good times together and was determined to rescue his friend. Meanwhile, Shou was almost eaten by zombies, but Akira's clever plan saved him and allowed Shou to escape.
Finally, Akira and Kencho reunited on a rooftop, and Akira apologized for not listening to Kencho before. They encouraged each other, and Kencho revealed his dream of becoming a stand-up comic. Akira supported him to follow his passion. Together, they faced more challenges and decided to help other survivors of the zombie apocalypse.
