Tamayo, a skilled doctor and scholar, forms her illusions with surgical precision, making her abilities almost impossible to detect until it’s too late. She can trigger hallucinations affecting sight, smell, or sound, leading enemies into traps or exposing their weaknesses. This art shows that Demon power isn’t just punches or flashy techniques — intellect and psychological warfare can be just as lethal.

Akaza uses his Blood Demon Art against Rengoku

At the very top sits Muzan’s Biological Manipulation — the best Blood Demon Art, limited only by Muzan's imagination. Muzan can completely reshape his body, changing his form, gender, age, and even the structure of his organs to avoid fatal attacks. He can spawn whips, mouths, tentacles, and new limbs at will. This adaptability makes him almost invincible in direct battle.

Moreover, Muzan’s control over biology lets him absorb living and nonliving matter to heal himself and acquire traits from victims.
