12/12 Disease Curse - Smallpox Diety
Smallpox Deity's Disease Curse is a macabre and deadly Domain Expansion that leaves little room for escape. The Disease Curse is a harrowing reminder of the dangers of Jujutsu sorcery, as it shows how even seemingly mundane illnesses can become deadly weapons in the hands of a skilled Sorcerer.
The technique involves trapping the target in a coffin, burying them underground using a massive falling boulder gravestone, and beginning a three-second countdown. If the victim fails to escape the coffin within that brief window, they will be infected with the smallpox disease and inevitably succumb to its effects.
11/12 Chimera Shadow Garden - Megumi Fushiguro
The Chimera Shadow Garden is a versatile and formidable Domain that reveals Megumi's incredible skill as a Jujutsu Sorcerer. The ability to summon a virtually limitless number of Shikigamis gives him a massive advantage in battles, making him one of the strongest Sorcerers. No wonder, even Sukuna was interested in Megumi.
Megumi Fushiguro's Chimera Shadow Garden is a powerful Domain Expansion that allows him to summon a vast number of Shikigamis from the thick, fluid shadows that fill the area. This technique also grants Megumi advanced manipulation of his shadows, giving him the ability to control them with incredible precision.
10/12 Horizon of the Captivating Skandha - Dagon
Dagon's Domain Expansion, Horizon of the Captivating Skandha, is a serene and peaceful territory that is seemingly harmless at first glance. However, its tranquil appearance belies its true nature as a deadly weapon in the hands of its creator.
The Domain is split into two parts, with a lush forest on one side and a vast body of water on the other, which is home to powerful shinigami. Dagon's Domain may not be the most imposing or terrifying in the series, but its deceptive calmness and the presence of Shikigamis make it a deadly weapon in battle.
9/12 Coffin of the Iron Mountain - Jogo
Coffin of the Iron Mountain is Jogo’s Domain Expansion, and yes, it’s as dramatic as it sounds. When he activates it, the entire area turns into a fiery volcanic hell. Lava flows, the temperature spikes, and you’re basically standing inside an erupting mountain. It’s like getting stuck in a sauna built by Satan himself.
He tried using it against Gojo during their first fight, but let’s just say, Gojo didn’t break a sweat. In fact, he smiled through it like he was on vacation. Still, the Domain itself is insanely powerful, and if you’re not a walking infinity like Gojo, you’re toast. Literally. It’s one of the flashiest and hottest Domains, and deserves a spot among the most powerful Domain Expansions in Jujutsu Kaisen.
8/12 Time Cell Moon Palace - Naoya Zenin
Time Cell Moon Palace is as unsettling as it sounds. When activated, the domain injects animation frames into the target's body, forcing them to move at exactly 24 frames per second, just like an old-school film reel. If they fail to follow this rule, their cells rebel, causing painful cuts and internal damage. It's like your body punishing you for moving the wrong way.
Naoya used this Domain during his fight against Maki, Daido, and Miyo. While Daido and Miyo were caught off guard and suffered severe injuries, Maki, lacking Cursed Energy, was unaffected and ultimately defeated Naoya.
7/12 Womb Profusion - Kenjaku
Womb Profusion is Kenjaku’s Domain Expansion, and it’s pure chaos. When he activates it, he opens the floodgates to a Cursed spirit army - yes, a whole army. Imagine hundreds of creepy monsters spilling out like a nightmare parade. It’s not flashy like Sukuna’s, but it overwhelms the battlefield in the worst way possible.
Kenjaku used this Domain during the Shinjuku Showdown, and it turned the entire area into a cursed battlefield. While others bring one killer move, he brings the whole haunted zoo. It’s dirty, it’s terrifying, and it shows how scary he is as a villain. Womb Profusion is a full-blown disaster in Domain form.
6/12 Idle Death Gamble - Kinji Hakari
Idle Death Gamble works kind of like hitting a jackpot on a cursed slot machine. Once activated, Hakari spins for a lucky number. If he hits the jackpot, he enters a state where he can’t die for 4 minutes and 11 seconds, even if his head gets blown off. It’s wild and based completely on luck.
But here’s the catch: if the spin fails, the Domain ends without giving him any boost. So it’s a huge gamble - he either becomes unkillable or just wastes his Cursed Energy. During his fight with Kashimo, he kept winning jackpot after jackpot, making him feel basically immortal. Idle Death Gamble might sound risky, but in Hakari’s hands, it’s one of the most unpredictable and powerful Domain Expansions out there.
5/12 Deadly Sentencing - Hirogi Higuruma
Deadly Sentencing is a unique and intriguing Domain Expansion that allows Higuruma to impose a court trial on his target. This area is governed by strict rules that prohibit any kind of violence and are judged by Higuruma's powerful Shikigami, Judgeman.
The verdict of the trial can be either innocent or guilty, depending on the judgment of the Shikigami. The use of a court-themed Domain makes Higuruma a particularly interesting character, as it showcases his intelligence and cunning in addition to his strength.
4/12 Self Embodiment Of Perfection - Mahito
Mahito's Self-Embodiment of Perfection is a unique and terrifying Domain Expansion that allows him to manipulate the souls of anyone caught within its range. Unlike his regular ability, which requires physical contact, Mahito can freely manipulate souls within the Domain without needing to touch his targets.
This Domain gives him unparalleled control over his opponents, allowing him to twist and contort their very souls to his will. It is safe to say that the individual trapped inside his Domain is under the constant threat of losing his body to Mahito's Idle Transfiguration technique.
3/12 Authentic Mutual Love - Yuta Okkotsu
Authentic Mutual Love is Yuta Okkotsu’s Domain Expansion. It brings out the full power of Rika, the Cursed Spirit who stays by his side. Inside this Domain, Yuta can use any Cursed Technique he has copied before. It also gives him a huge boost in strength, speed, and Cursed Energy. This makes him very hard to beat in a one-on-one fight.
Yuta used this Domain in his fight against Ryu Ishigori. With Rika’s full power and his own copied techniques, he managed to fight on equal terms with Ishigori, who had one of the strongest outputs in the series. The Domain let him combine all his abilities without holding back. It showed just how strong and smart Yuta really is in battle.
2/12 Unlimited Void - Gojo Satoru
Now, the infamous Unlimited Void - one of the most powerful Domain Expansions that traps the target inside the Limitless, a vast and seemingly endless void. Once trapped inside, the victim is flooded with an overwhelming amount of information, rendering them immobile and unable to escape.
This technique shows Gojo's incredible control over space and his unparalleled ability to manipulate reality within his Domain. The endless stream of information overwhelms the victim's mind, leaving them helpless and at Gojo's mercy.
1/12 Malevolent Shrine - Ryomen Sukuna
Finally, the most terrifying Domain Expansion - Malevolent Shrine, which doesn’t play by the usual rules. Unlike most Domains that need a closed barrier, Sukuna’s can slash anything within a 200-meter radius without trapping his opponent. It’s like setting off a cursed blender in the middle of the city.
He used it in Shibuya and again in Shinjuku, cutting down everything around him like it was nothing. Buildings, sorcerers, curses, nothing is safe. It’s also super clean and precise, thanks to his slashing technique. Malevolent Shrine is a full-on massacre, and that’s what makes it so terrifying.
