- Jujutsu Kaisen: How Did Gojo Survive Toji's Attack?
By ending Toji Fushiguro's life for good, Gojo proved that he is undoubtedly the strongest and will do anything to protect innocent people. In his final moments, Toji realized that he has no chance against the guy whom he almost killed moments ago. However, viewers are still confused about how Gojo survived Toji's attack. The former was left half-dead by the blow of the latter but still managed to make an amazing comeback. And now, there is a question, how did Gojo survive Toji's attack? ALSO READ: Jujutsu Kaisen: Why Is Gojo Satoru Special? Understanding The Reverse Cursed Technique Reverse Cursed Technique is a special ability that turns negative energy into positive energy. It works by combining two sources of Cursed Energy, and when they are multiplied together, the energy that used to harm now becomes energy that can heal and create. Using this technique is very hard for most Jujutsu users because it's quite complex. The main use of this positive energy is for healing. Normally, Cursed Energy, which comes from negative emotions, is not suitable for healing living things. However, Cursed Spirits, which are made of Cursed Energy, can heal themselves without needing the Reverse Cursed Technique. Jujutsu Sorcerers mainly use Reverse Cursed Energy to generate new flesh and heal human bodies. But even then, using the technique to heal wounds might sometimes leave a scar. Not many Sorcerers can perform the Reverse Cursed Technique, and even fewer can use it to heal others besides themselves. Cursed Spirits are weak against Reverse Cursed Energy because the positive energy can disrupt their Cursed Energy-based bodies. When this positive energy is directed at a Cursed Spirit, it can cause them to disintegrate. The Reverse Cursed Technique can also be used to recharge one's Cursed Technique after using Domain Expansion. However, it's not possible to heal the body and recharge the Cursed Technique at the same time. How Did Gojo Survive Toji's Attack In Jujutsu Kaisen? No, Gojo does not die from Toji Fushiguro's attack. When Toji delivers a deadly blow, Gojo uses the Reverse Cursed Technique to save himself. By channeling all his energy into this technique, Gojo's body begins to heal, but the process is slow. Gojo had not been able to use this feat before and Toji's attack was a new motivation for him to use this Technique for the first time. Not many Sorcerers are able to use the Reverse Cursed Technique and Gojo's ability to use it in the heat of the moment is more than ordinary. How To Destroy A Reverse Cursed Technique User? Cursed Energy normally comes from the stomach, but Reverse Cursed Energy is controlled by the user's brain. To counter someone using the reverse Cursed technique, an effective method is to quickly attack and destroy their head before they have a chance to recover. Another possible counter is to use poison against a Reverse Cursed Technique user. Unlike healing flesh, dealing with a toxin requires a more advanced level of the Reverse Cursed Technique. Even Uraume's reverse Cursed Technique couldn't handle Choso's poison. ALSO READ: Jujutsu Kaisen: Is Toji Fushiguro Dead?

Toji grins and reveals that he killed their teacher, Satoru Gojo. Toji explains how he sneaked into the school, using his enhanced senses to track them without leaving any traces. He could have killed Riko first, but he wanted to deal with Suguru first, who possesses powerful abilities called Six Eyes. Suguru gets angry and attacks Toji with a Cursed dragon, but Toji easily slices it in half with his Cursed sword. Toji then gets trapped in a Domain, a Curse created by Kuchisake-Onna, a vengeful spirit. She makes a deal with him and asks if she's pretty, but Toji's arrogant response angers her. He uses a powerful Cursed tool to defend himself from her scissors. Suguru surprises Toji by trying to absorb his Cursed spirit, hoping to gain control over the Curse and destroy the weapons they were after. However, Suguru fails, and Toji quickly injures both Suguru and Kuchisake-Onna with his sword. Toji exorcises the Cursed spirit, causing Suguru to bleed heavily from his wounds. In a swift move, Toji knocks Suguru unconscious with a hit from his Cursed Weapon. Does Suguru Geto Die In Gojo's Past Arc? The clear answer is, No. As stated by Toji, he did not cut Geto enough to kill him as he did not want more trouble. This was because Toji did not know what would happen to the Cursed Spirits that Geto has absorbed and he did not want more trouble. Hence, we would definitely get to witness more of Suguru Geto, but for now, Toji has definitely been defeated at the hands of Gojo Satoru, the strongest series. There is a lot to look forward to in the series. Does Suguru Geto Die Later In The Series? As we saw in Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Geto turns into an evil Curse User and attacks Yuta Okkotsu to get his hands over Rika Orimoto. Geto develops a mentality to get rid of all Non-Sorcerers as he thought that the world should be run by the strong and the weak should be eliminated and tries to absorb Rika Orimoto, whose power could be of great use to his cause. He fights Yuta but is surprisingly defeated by him and is almost dead when he escapes and further finds himself facing Gojo. It is a heartbreaking moment when Geto is finally killed by his best friend, Satoru Gojo himself.
